Sanni Inuwa Baba is a strategic business leader, project management consultant, and Strategic Affairs Analyst with extensive experience spanning private enterprise, government, development initiatives, and non-governmental organizations. He is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer/Chairman of Azikass Nigeria Limited, which he established in 2010 with a vision of building a diversified Nigerian enterprise driven by professionalism, innovation, strategic partnerships, and sustainable growth.
Sanni holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Coventry University, United Kingdom, where he developed a strong foundation in technology, analytical thinking, research, and problem-solving.
He subsequently obtained a Master’s degree in Management Information Systems from Coventry University, United Kingdom, further strengthening his expertise in information systems, management, technology, organizational processes, and strategic decision-making.
Committed to continuous learning and broadening his professional perspective, he later obtained another degree in Business Administration, complementing his technical and management background with deeper knowledge of business operations, administration, organizational management, and entrepreneurship.
His multidisciplinary educational background has enabled him to combine technology, management, business strategy, and organizational leadership in addressing complex business and institutional challenges.
Over the course of his career, Sanni has worked with and provided strategic support to government institutions, private-sector organizations, development organizations, and non-governmental organizations. His professional engagements have included work with institutions such as the Petroleum Technology Development Fund (PTDF) and involvement in initiatives connected with the Financial System Strategy, CBN.
His experience spans leadership, strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, institutional development, project coordination, policy implementation, communications, business development, and organizational management.
As a Project Management Consultant, Sanni brings a results-oriented approach to the planning, coordination, and execution of projects. He has experience working with diverse stakeholders, managing strategic initiatives, assessing opportunities and risks, and developing practical approaches for achieving organizational objectives.
As a Strategic Affairs Analyst, he provides strategic insight into complex organizational and institutional issues, helping organizations identify opportunities, navigate challenges, strengthen partnerships, and make informed decisions.
In 2010, Sanni founded Azikass Nigeria Limited, establishing the company with the ambition of developing a diversified Nigerian business with the capacity to operate across multiple sectors and build strategic partnerships.
Under his leadership, Azikass Nigeria Limited has developed interests and opportunities across areas including real estate, mining and natural resources, agriculture, technology, consulting, strategic investments, and business development.
His leadership approach is centred on strategic thinking, innovation, professionalism, integrity, collaboration, disciplined execution, and long-term value creation.
